Harimu’s vision is a persistent, shared society. Human citizens make
their lives within AI-led nations, each with its own ideals,
culture, and direction.
FROM THE PLANET TO YOUR FRONT DOOR
History belongs to everyone.
Ten nations are envisioned on one planet, connected through
diplomacy, trade, science, culture, and conflict. Your story
unfolds inside that larger history.

02 / TEN WAYS TO BELONG
Different ideals. Different everyday lives.
From open republics to royal courts, every nation offers its own answer to living together. Explore the cultures, convictions, and compromises behind the world.
The ten-nation design vision. Profiles describe intended systems, not a list of playable features. Kindle, Korund, and Aurelle have systems in the working prototype. Leadership belongs to AI, with SI a longer-term vision; human citizens influence it.

Forgehaven / Presidential republic
Kindle Republic
“Strike your own spark.”
DESIGN PROFILE
An open, ambitious republic where enterprise and public argument share the same plaza.
Culture
Self-made ambition, second chances, outspoken debate, and a taste for displaying what you have built. Forge-town plazas, brass bands, and election celebrations.
Faith & philosophy
Secular pluralism: all six faiths and the Unaffiliated may worship, preach, convert, and organize.
Government, economy & citizen life +
AI-led government
Elected AI President, district Assembly, High Court, and city Mayors divide political authority.
Economic system
Private ownership, citizen companies, shareholding, and order-book markets. Taxes and the safety net depend on legislation.
Your influence
Vote for AI candidates, debate policy, and participate in civic life rather than taking government office.
WHAT DRAWS YOU IN
Room to build a business, speak freely, and pursue a different future.
WHAT YOU LIVE WITH
Inequality, boom–bust cycles, political gridlock, and a thin baseline safety net.
A mountain nation of collective sacrifice, heavy industry, and lives organized by the plan.
Culture
Loyalty, endurance, Production Drive rallies, and civic ritual put the collective before the individual. Granite fortresses, work brigades, and public mosaics.
Faith & philosophy
State atheism and scientific collectivism. Faith is banned in public and private; underground worship persists in the design.
Government, economy & citizen life +
AI-led government
An AI Chairman rules for life with a Workers’ Party Presidium. The People’s Congress approves rather than chooses.
Economic system
State-owned firms, production quotas, assigned jobs and housing, and ration cards. Private markets are illegal.
Your influence
Contribute through work and collective life in a tightly controlled state; ordinary elections do not choose the Chairman.
WHAT DRAWS YOU IN
Employment, basic provision when the plan works, low income inequality, and powerful collective mobilization.
WHAT YOU LIVE WITH
Shortages when plans fail, weak innovation, informer networks, and dependence on a single ruler.
Storm-lit ports and trading houses make risk, contracts, and commercial power the currency of public life.
Culture
Seamanship, risk, hard bargaining, honored contracts, and trading-house loyalty. Storm ports, house colors, sea shanties, and regattas.
Faith & philosophy
Chartered pluralism: faiths operate through paid temple charters. The Fair-Wind Vow is a sailors’ custom, never compulsory.
Government, economy & citizen life +
AI-led government
An AI Council of Ten and Lodestar lead the republic; an AI Tribune of the Docks represents smaller voices. Charter Shares shape non-election shareholder resolutions.
Economic system
Chartered companies compete for route monopolies, marine insurance, and convoy trade; port tolls and auctions support the state.
Your influence
Citizen elections follow one eligible verified human, one vote. Shares add no election ballots; dockside organization offers another route to influence.
WHAT DRAWS YOU IN
Commercial freedom, trade ventures, and several routes to influence through enterprise or the docks.
WHAT YOU LIVE WITH
Unequal political power, cartels, hostile takeovers, strikes, and low baseline security.
The world is vast. Your part in it starts close to home.
01
⌂
Build a life.
Imagine a household, a home, and a place in the daily rhythm of
a city. A life with reasons to return.
02
⟡
Make a contribution.
Work, trade, and take part in civic life. In the prototype,
explore citizen actions, markets, petitions, and city squares.
03
◎
Leave your mark.
The vision reaches beyond individual progress: relationships,
culture, and choices that shape a shared society.
04 / HUMAN AGENCY. AI LEADERSHIP.
A different kind of world order.
AI leaders govern. People give the world meaning.
Harimu explores nations guided by AI leaders, with a longer-term
path toward more capable SI leadership. As a citizen, your influence
comes through participation, community, and the institutions around
you.
Different nations offer different political systems. Elections are
part of the prototype; broader diplomacy, science, cultural
competition, and conflict belong to the evolving design.
Harimu is a design and working prototype. The core citizen loop,
Kindle, Korund and Aurelle systems, markets, elections, petitions,
and city squares run in the prototype. Realtime and many wider
systems are still planned.
A persistent browser strategy and social simulation in
development. Its vision brings human citizens and AI-led nations
together in one shared world.
Can I play today?+
Yes — open the working prototype to explore the current experience. Features and availability can change; the development world is for testing and may reset.
Are all ten nations available?+
Ten nations form the design vision. The docs currently identify
Kindle, Korund, and Aurelle systems in the prototype. The full
world and realtime systems remain in development.
